📌 Refund & Absence Policy

✅ After Registration:

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason once registration is confirmed.

✅ If Your Child Cannot Attend:

  • If you notify us at least two weeks in advance, we will issue a credit for future use.

  • If you notify us within two weeks of the start date, credit will only be granted if another participant fills the spot.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued after the camp ends.

❄️ Weather Policy

  • If a class is canceled by the studio due to snow or unsafe road conditions, a full refund will be provided for that session.

  • If a parent chooses not to attend due to weather, we can arrange a make-up session before camp ends.

  • No make-ups or refunds will be available after the camp ends.

Class/Camp Start Date Reminder
No reminders are provided. Please remember your registration date. No refunds or rescheduling for missed sessions or camp.

 Safety & Kids Behavior

  • Needle pricks or minor scissor cuts in sewing activities are inevitable
  • Studio is not responsible for any injury caused by leaving the studio without permission
  • Please note, in the event of disruptive or aggressive behavior our policy is to call home for immediate pickup. No credits or refunds for being sent home for misbehavior.

Photo Permission

For the purpose of teaching and promotion, the studio may occasionally take photos during classes or parties and may potentially post these photos on studio website or social media platforms such as Red Book, Facebook, WeChat, and Instagram. If you do not want your child to appear in any photos Please send email to winniesewingstudio@gmail.com to let us know.
